Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you are permitted to reschedule at no charge up to two times. After your 2nd reschedule, you will be charged a 20% rescheduling fee. Cancelations made less than 24hrs prior to your appointment time will result in a 20% fee of your service amount. Same day cancelations/no-shows, will result in a 40% service charge.
